  I visited the location once several years ago and the service and food was awful. I just ordered take out from them about an hour ago on a whim, and I now remember why we don't eat there. The delivery guy was super nice and it was delivered in an OK time frame but for $7.95 I expected to have more than a 3x3 inch frozen-reheated tin pan of lasagna (which had a noticable freezerburnned flavor to it and wasn't made how they described on their menu) and soggy yet somehow burned "garlic" toast. I am in no way happy with the food and would not recommend.

  I love Brunos. I order it very frequently. But I have never had such a bad experience as I did tonight. Two hours after placing my order, I call to check on its ETA. They tell me they haven't even made it yet. Then I ask if I can have an extra slice of pizza. The girl on the other end laughed and said no. Nice.

  The news flash that some people don't seem to get is: THIS IS PIZZA FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS. Leave your gourmet tastes back in the big city, and just enjoy this place for what it is - very serviceable sustenance at low cost. Don't come for high-brow, exotic flavors nor being waited on hand and foot. Once you can enter the right frame of mind, Bruno's becomes an important and pleasant part of your overall experience of Oxford. As a Miami alum, I hope it lives long and prospers.
